What we keep, and for how long.

What we collect. Your email address, the words you give us, the photo if you send one, and the name of the person the world is for if you tell us. Payment details go to our merchant of record and never reach us.

What we do with it. We use it to paint your world and to write to you about your order. Your words and photo are sent to the painting services we use to make the pictures. We do not sell or share them otherwise.

How long. Photos are deleted 30 days after delivery. Your words and email stay with your order so we can find it if you write to us; ask and we delete them.

Cookies. None for tracking. The site remembers nothing about you beyond your order page.
